Evidence-Based Run Coaching
Run Faster. Stay Healthy. Run for Life
Personalized coaching built on evidence, biomechanics, and 15 years of clinical experience.
Why train with me?
🏃 I'm a runner.
I don't just coach running—I live it. I understand the highs, the lows, the setbacks, and the excitement that come with pursuing your next goal.
🩺 I'm a chiropractor.
Fifteen years of clinical experience means I don't just know how to make you faster—I know how to help you stay healthy while doing it.
🎥 I analyze how you move.
Your gait, strength, mobility, and training history all influence your plan. Coaching should never be one-size-fits-all.
📚 I never stop learning.
From endurance coaching and gait analysis to biomechanics and rehabilitation, I continuously invest in education so you receive coaching that's grounded in current evidence and real-world experience.

Meet Your Coach
I’m Dr. Liv Chiarelli and running has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
I started in cross country and track and field, competing in the 100m and 200m throughout elementary and high school. As I got older, running evolved into something much bigger than competition. It became a way to stay physically healthy, improve my mental well-being, challenge myself, and connect with an incredible community.
More than two decades later, running is still a part of my everyday life.
For the past 15 years, I've practiced as a Doctor of Chiropractic after graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. During that time, I've helped thousands of patients move better, recover from injury, and stay active—including hundreds of runners of all abilities.
My passion for helping runners has led me to pursue extensive continuing education in endurance coaching, gait analysis, biomechanics, rehabilitation, and movement. As a certified RunDNA Endurance Coach, I combine evidence-based coaching with years of clinical experience to create training plans that are built around you—not pulled from a template.
Whether you're training for your first 5K, chasing a personal best, preparing for a marathon, returning from injury, or taking on your first HYROX event, my goal is always the same: to help you train smarter, move better, and perform at your best.
I believe running should add to your life—not take away from it.
My goal isn't just to get you to race day. My goal is to help you build a body that lets you enjoy running for life.
Because I continue to train and race myself, I understand the excitement of chasing personal bests, the frustration of injuries and setbacks, and the consistency required to improve. Coaching isn't just about writing workouts. It's about helping you train with confidence, understand your body, and enjoy the journey every step of the way.
Outside of coaching, you'll often find me leading community runs, supporting local running events, and training alongside the runners I coach.
